Pharrell performs at Chateau Gardens grand opening.

The lights of the Las Vegas Strip provided a sensational backdrop for Pharrell as he inaugurated Chateau Gardens with a powerful performance at the new rooftop nightclub at Paris Las Vegas.

As soon as Pharrell arrived to the packed nightclub, he hopped on top of his VIP booth to greet excited fans. With all eyes on the multi-talented artist, Pharrell hit the stage in front of the deejay booth for his performance and yelled to the crowd, “How’s everyone at Chateau Nightclub tonight!?” With a snap decision to do his performance from the platforms behind his VIP area, Pharrell used the entire area as a 50-foot-plus catwalk as he kicked the set off with his hit song, “Nothin’.” He also sang a cover of Jay Z’s “I Just Wanna Love You (Give it to Me),” his hit songs with Snoop Dogg “Drop it Like It’s Hot” and “Beautiful,” and a cover of Nelly’s “Hot in Herre,” which was produced by Pharrell as part of the Neptunes duo. Throughout the set, Pharrell continued to make his way around the platform behind the VIP booths, stopping to sing to excited female fans as he made his way around the club.

On the heels of his signature Sugar Factory Couture Pop launch, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino joined in the celebration with his close-knit family including brothers Marc and Frank Jr., sister Melissa and her boyfriend, Michael Sussman, and their mother, Linda Sorrentino. “This place is phenomenal,” exclaimed “The Situation” as he did “spun around checking out the view at the venue.

Ever stylish, Pharrell wore a white T-shirt, jeans, black baseball cap and short black leather Timberland boots he custom-designed himself. Using his black Timberland boots as a canvas, Pharrell sketched the Chanel logo on the right and a bare foot with toes on the left with the words “Yo Girl is Looking over here” written along the side. His white boxers peeking out from under his jeans displayed a pattern of black skulls with crossbones.

Aimee Teegarden of “Friday Night Lights,” stunning in a one-shoulder black dress, pumps and gorgeous new brunette do, included Chateau Gardens in her birthday celebration with several of her friends. David Draiman of Disturbed and Korn enjoyed the outdoor nightclub’s grand opening with his wife, Lena. Chuck Liddell was also spotted on Chateau Gardens’ rooftop with his girlfriend and friends.
