Ambiance

Hipster, chic, sophisticated and sexy are just a few words that describe the uber cool atmosphere at the famed Nobu eateries. Sit at a long table or at the sushi bar and watch the pros work their magic.

What to order

We suggest the Tai with Dry Miso and the King Crab Leg with Uni and Wasabi Glaze. Also try the mouthwatering Rock Shrimp Tempura Jalapeno.

Who comes here

At Nobu, they don’t dine and tell. Nobu respects their client’s privacy, but you can guarantee you’ll spot a celebrity or two at a nearby table. In general, celebrities, locals, visitors, food connoisseurs and socialites frequent the Japanese hot spot.

Sweet Tooth

We love to sip on the Miso Cappuccino. Other sweet picks are the Satandagi, Chocolate Tempura, Almond Ice Cream, Raspberry Reduction, Toasted Pistachio and the Pineapple Toban.

The atmosphere is sexy, while the cuisine is a combination of classical French and traditional Tokyo Japanese influences and evokes an exotic atmosphere. Once you’ve finished the delicately executed sushi, head upstairs to the newly renovated rooftop for a cocktail.

What to order

Their signature rolls include the Spicy Tuna Roll with Chili Mayonnaise sauce and the Sesame Crusted Shrimp Roll with an Orange Curry Dijon Mustard Sauce. Other favorites like Seabass Skewers with sweet Miso and Tuna Tarts with Truffle Oil truly tantalize the tongue.

The guestbook is filled with the It girls, A-listers and power players of Miami, so it’s nowonder they keep their lips tightly sealed.

Sweet Tooth

Caramelized Banana Crepe – it’s as simple as that.
