So Michelle Bernstein introduces “Michelle B”, currently available on amazon.com and via the Home Shopping Network.

The line is being introduced by Fagor America, a leader in ultra-efficient induction cooktops and home appliances. Berstein’s line features exclusively designed cookware (include cast iron pieces) and cutlery that is not only designed to last, but to help culinary enthusiasts along their own journey to perfecting their craft.

The “Michelle B” Cast Iron Collection has been designed with multi-coated enameling, ensuring superior resilience, resistance to rust and stains, and easy cleaning. The pieces include extra-heavy cast iron lids that seal in moisture and adding to the dish’s flavor factor.

Additionally, the smooth enamel base of the cookware is compatible with all cooktops – including induction – and when combined with the 90% efficiency rating of induction cooking technology, results in fast cooking with substantially less energy consumption.

The line embraces aesthetic qualities similar to those in Bernstein’s beloved eateries – simple yet modern with fun splashes of bright, cheerful colors. They are all designed to go from the stovetop to the table with elegance and ease.
