Now until December 3rd, dining guests will be served the renowned “Balanced Cuisine” of England’s celebrity Indian chef, Varun Shivdasani, famous for his role as Head of Food and Nutrition on the popular The Biggest Loser. Future visiting chefs are undisclosed as of yet, but promise to hail from exotic places around the world.

The kuxurious dining room features28 place settings,  showcases hand-painted plates, Krystof crystal and one-of-a-kind chandeliers. The Pied à Terre is translated from French as “foot on the ground”, is the culmination of the vision of owner and renowned Breast, Diagnostics & Cancer Specialist, Dr. Vilma Biaggi.

The Pied à Terre is located inside the Hotel Cadet, on the corner of James Avenue in Miami Beach. Built in 1941, the Cadet Hotel was once home to the Cadets of the United States Air Force, under the command of actor and Captain Clark Gable.
