Chef Guy Fieri May Open Upscale New York Restaurant
Celebrity chef Guy Fieri previewed the possibility of opening a New York City restaurant at the New York Wine and Food festival this past weekend. Many are aware of his original flagship restaurant, Tex Wasabi’s, in Santa Rosa, California, however, Fieri says that his New York City restaurant will have a very different vibe.
After sampling such eateries as The Redhead in Glenwood and Gazala Place on the Upper West Side, Fieri has decided to take the new restaurant, if he so chooses to open, in a more upscale direction.
