Bass Museum Pays Tribute to Steve Jobs with Display of Andy Warhol’s “Apple”

Miami Beach’s Bass Museum of Art is paying homage to Apple CEO Steve Jobs by showcasing Andy Warhol’s “Apple.” The piece, a 38 x 38 silkscreen, is part of Warhol’s 1985 Ads Portfolio. It is part of the museum’s permanent collection.

“Apple represents the work of two creative geniuses who are no longer physically with us, yet remain very present,” said George Lindemann Jr., President of the Board of Directors of the Bass Museum of Art.

The piece will be proudly displayed in the lobby of the Bass Museum until November 5. For more information, visit www.bassmuseum.org.
