New York Fashion Week 2011: The Daily Style Sessions

Aside from designer shows debuting at Lincoln Center, New York City hotels and venues are packed with events, such as The Daily Style Sessions at the Stone Rose Lounge. Here, celebrities and a select group of fashion-crazed guests enjoyed an afternoon in style.  The room of the Stone Rose Lounge was divided into various operating parts, where John Frieda set up shop in one corner, giving complimentary blowouts. In addition to his pop up salon, guests enjoyed spa services from Equinox, a musical escape at the SOUL by Ludacris stand, skin care tips and treats from Avon, and a media center sponsored by Blackberry.

To add to the fun, Benchmarc Events by Marc Murphy passed delicious hors d’oeuvres while Asahi Beer, Liquid Lightning, and Zico provided refreshments. Celebrity guests included Angela Simmons, and Michelle Trachtenberg and Kelly Rutherford of Gossip Girl.
