Matthew Perry Purchases $8.65 million Los Angeles Bachelor Pad
by Alison Agudo

“Friends” star, Matthew Perry, just purchased a 4,000 square-foot luxurious home with stunning views overlooking Los Angeles.

The home is designed to serve as the ultimate party pad and features an infinity pool lawn with a fire pit. Originally built in 1962, Perry’s new home was completely renovated for contemporary luxury living. The house includes over-the-top elements such as black-mirrored walls and a chandelier in the bathroom, a spacious living area and stunning views from multiple rooms.

Perry’s new master bedroom is glass walled with views of his infinity pool and L.A. The living spaces have floor to ceiling glass windows enhancing the spectacular city views and there is a modern kitchen with plenty of contemporary appliances. There are two bathrooms designed in very different ways, the main one has a tranquil feel to it with garden views while the other is more extravagant with those black-mirrored walls and chandelier.

It wouldn’t be a Los Angeles mansion without a screening room, and Perry’s new home is no exception. The cozy room is furnished with plush velvet sofas that seat nine.

Perry has listed his former Hollywood condo (which be bought from Elton John) for $3 million.
