Haute Event: REDF’s 2011 Benefit + Social Enterprise Expo

COST: $100 General Admission. Tax-deductable portion of each ticket is $50; $50 for Young Professionals (35 and under)
On Friday, September 30, 2011, join REDF supporters, partners, and friends for the third annual REDF Benefit and Social Enterprise Expo. This year’s event is themed “See What a Job Can Do”, and will honor the impact of job creation for people facing the greatest barriers to work. The event will showcase REDF’s entrepreneurial partners’ unique approaches to securing jobs for those most in need, and will tell the stories of those whose lives have changed for the better through social enterprise.
The interactive, high-energy expo will feature California’s leading social enterprises. The evening will also include:
-Networking opportunities with over 500 social entrepreneurs and investors
-An Award ceremony honoring social enterprise employees
-A chance to win raffle prizes
-Food and drinks throughout the evening
Please join REDF to honor the accomplishments of these innovative nonprofits, learn about their progressive strategies, and hear from the inspiring men and women who have made the transition from joblessness to work with the help of REDF’s social enterprise community. From Hunters Point to Hollywood, San Mateo to Skid Row, support job creation and celebrate social innovation at this year’s REDF Benefit + Social Enterprise Expo.
