Hospitality mogul and Butter Group co-founder Richie Akiva celebrated his birthday Sin City-style at The Bank Nightclub at Bellagio on Saturday night. Akiva, along with Butter Group co-founder Scott Sartiano and business partner Ronnie Madra recently announced their partnership with The Light Group and the highly anticipated debut of 1OAK at the Mirage on New Year’s Eve.

The birthday boy was joined by Sartiano as well as close friends, including Lukas Haas, Dr. Dre, Evan Ross and celebrity chef Bobby Flay. Around 1:30 a.m., Akiva was surprised as a plethora of beautiful, leggy models presented him with a specialty birthday cake featuring the all-new 1OAK at the Mirage shield-shaped logo. The rest of the night, Akiva and his entourage of guests partied at his VIP table as sexy Sin City females surrounded them, dancing to the sounds of The Light Group’s resident DJ Karma.

Just down the Strip, Haze Nightclub at Aria hosted the iHeartRadio Music Festival’s official after-party where guests included the festival’s host Ryan Seacrest, his girlfriend Julianne Hough, Darren Criss from “Glee,” Ty Burrell from “Modern Family,” Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Dr. Dre and Mia Tyler. The celebs toasted the completion of the biggest live concert festival in radio history.
