Haute Eats: Toast Fall with a Champagne at LAVO!

Feel the chill this morning? That means only one thing, Fall is upon us!
Toss your sandals aside until, slip on some cashmere and loafers, and head out to LAVO to celebrate because we’re sipping on champagne this weekend over brunch and we’re not kidding around.

Pencil in some serious hedonistic revelry into your Saturday morning plans because brunch at LAVO New York is nothing short of extraordinary.Past weekends mirroring some vague version of a bazaar with tie dyed masquerade girls, gold painted dancers, and Gotham’s favorite caped crusader crowd surfing.

The bubbly aside, keep up with the folly and enjoy a laundry list-esque menu of signature “cures,” like Prosecco Raspberry Fizz and the Hot and Spicy Bloody Mary to get over last night’s rendezvous.

Menu standouts include White Polenta Pancakes topped with toasted hazelnuts and wildflower honey apricot jam and Almond Crusted French Toast with cinnamon, pantone, fresh berries and bananas.
Be prepared to rub elbows with some familiar faces like Kim Kardashian, Gerard Butler, Cameron Diaz, and Neil Patrick Harris have been known to make impromptu appearances.
Expect nothing but hauteness as the ambiance alone is enough to move your mood, and that’s before the menu lands in your lap.
