Intimate and elegant but never pretentious, this two story building with charmingly low ceilings and dim lighting is perfect for a romantic evening.

The scallops are a must-have, perfectly prepared to melt in your mouth. Also try the Liberty Farms Duck served with chanterelle mushrooms, haricots verts and late summer corn.

Since this restaurant is located adjacent to an opera house, many of the opera stars are devoted patrons.

Built in 1900 as a saloon that became a French steam laundry, this rustic two-story stone cottage is surrounded by a country garden with vintage roses.
