Fashion’s Night Out with Stuart Weitzman
Last night I stopped by the Stuart Weitzman boutique on Madison Avenue where he hosted his annual Fashion’s Night out private party. This year, actresses Michelle Trachtenberg and Hayden Panettiere unveiled their Young Hollywood Cares Shoe Collection which will benefit ovarian cancer. Trachtenberg was wearing her favorite 40’s inspired shoe that she designed for the collection while sipping on champagne. When asked her favorite haute spot in NY, she answered The Darby of course. Weitzman showed me his favorite shoe in the collection, the magenta feathered heel. He also shared his favorite haute spot in the city, SPIN NYC, a ping pong bar that he insisted I take my next date on.

Famed designer to the stars Stuart Weitzman is bringing back an old classic with the re-launch of his one-of-a-kind jeweled shoes, the million dollar shoes from 2002.
Clothing lines like Missoni and Versace have molded with the recession by collaborating with chains like Target and H&M. But there is a demand for higher end shoes, and Weitzman plans to answer that call with the SW1 collection. The SW1 features handbags as well as his trademark stilettos.
