Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad: Brooklyn’s Infamous Clocktower Penthouse?
by Alison Agudo

All eyes are on Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood as we anxiously await official word on what Esquire magazine has selected as the Ultimate Bachelor Pad. Sources are indicating it could be the luxurious triplex penthouse at One Main Street, also known as the Clocktower Building.
Hearst representatives have not formally announced anything yet, but according to Curbed New York, this year’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad is likely to be the penthouse at the Clocktower Building. The space is currently on the market for $23.5 million and for rent for $50,000 per month.
Esquire’s 2009 showhouse had a $45,000 pool table with motion sensors; it’s likely that this year’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad will another show stopper.
More information on the Ultimate Bachelor Pad will come in October.
