CUT opens in Park Lane
Unless you have been living on another planet, you’ll know that celebrity chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck made his restaurant debut in Europe earlier this week, with the opening of CUT.

Situated within the stunning environs of 45 Park Lane – the new Dorchester Collection Hotel – Puck’s British outpost mirrors the award-winning original CUT in Beverly Hills. Expect the same outstanding steaks, impeccable service and carefully crafted wine list. However for the first time at a CUT restaurant, breakfast and lunch menus are available, showcasing Puck’s twist on American classics – think salt beef hash cakes, buttermilk pancakes with whipped bourbon maple butter or Dorset crab and lobster Louis cocktail with spicy tomato horseradish).
The modern American steak restaurant can seat up to 70 guests and boasts a striking central staircase leading to a library and Bar 45 – a stylish upstairs spot for pre or post dinner drinks.
To make a reservation for CUT at 45 Park Lane, please call 0 20 7493 4554 or visit www.45parkane.com
