Chef Jet Tila Returns for a Pop-Up Dinner at Marche Bacchus

We can only hope that this is one of many pop-up dinners with chef Jet Tila in Vegas.
Already missing chef Jet Tila since he left Wazuzu at Wynn Las Vegas last month? Fear not. He’s back from Los Angeles Monday, Sept. 26, with a one-night pop-up event at Marche Bacchus French Bistro and Wine Shop.
This collaboration between Tila and the kitchen staff from Marche Bacchus, led by Chef Joe Swan, will pair together French and Pan Asian flavors in a four-course extravaganza. The prix fixe menu from 6 to 8 p.m. is available for $50 per person, which does not include tax or gratuity.
Chef Jet Tila recently faced off on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America” battling Iron Chef Morimoto in battle seaweed, and is a veteran of the pop-up dining scene, a popular trend among foodies and chefs in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Sadly, Tila lost that bout.
Marche Bacchus is one of Las Vegas’ most beloved local restaurants, highly regarded for its combination of French bistro fare and one of the city’s best wine selections, presented in a European-style setting.
