The Ultimate Steak and Egg Sliders at Society Cafe have become a hit since appearing on "The Best Thing I Ever Ate."

What does it take to make a dish on a menu a star? How about being featured on the Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate?” That’s what’s happened to the Ultimate Steak and Eggs Slider from Society Cafe at Encore Las Vegas after it was featured on the show that showcases amazing meals, eats and treats.

Ever since the episode aired earlier this month, diners at the three-meal dining spot have clamored for executive chef and managing partner Kim Canteenwalla’s bacon cheddar muffin topped with filet mignon, scrambled eggs and creamed spinach.

“The buzz has been amazing and demand has been through the roof,” Canteenwalla said.  “Customers have been requesting it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we’ve made some adjustments in the kitchen to accommodate the incredible demand.”

Make your breakfast (lunch or dinner) complete with Society Café’s signature Bloody Marys made tableside on a cart.
