From Megan Fox to Paris Hilton, over the last year Dubai has hosted a range of top celebrities in the city’s exciting venues. Just last month Uma Thurman flew in for the launch of Givenchy’s Ange ou Étrange le Secret Elixir and Je Veux La Lune makeup collection.
Light and refreshing, Givenchy’s new floral fragrance fuses femininity and sensuality with an explosion of Sambac jasmine and frangipani flower topped by fresh notes of Italian lemon and green tea as well as subtle hints of vanilla and patchouli.
Also launched was the French brand’s Je Veux La Lune A/W 2011 makeup collection including talc-free face powder and eye shadow, limited edition bold evening shades of blush and a glittery blue eyeliner which adds intensity to the eyes.
An almost secret affair, the launch was held at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the Palm Jumeirah and included a host of VIP’s from Dubai’s fashion crowd.
