Two Penthouses at One57 Priced at $95.5 Million Each
by Alison Agudo

Extell Development’s prospective 1,000-foot condominium and hotel tower, One57, on West 57th Street in Manhattan has two spectacular penthouses that are being shopped around for a reported $98.5 million each.

Some of the city’s biggest brokers are shopping the offers in what is slated to be the city’s tallest residential tower with 90 floors. The building is expected to be completed within two years and is designed by Christian de Portzamparc. When complete, the building will have a Park Hyatt hotel located on its first 30 floors and 95 luxury condos that will take up the top 60 floors.

The $98.5 million price tagged on the penthouses may make them the priciest preconstruction condos ever.
