Top Five 2011 Condo Sales in San Francisco

Good news for the high-end real estate market in San Francisco: Multi-million dollar luxury condos have been selling well throughout 2011 making some second-guess the recession.

Here are a few samples of what luxury living in San Francisco can be like for the right price. These are the top five condo sales in the city that have be sold on the market so far this year.

765 Market St., Unit 27A:

A lavish three-bedroom unit located in the Four Seasons. The unit has postcard views from every window and comes equipped with all the custom designed furniture in the condo. On May 10 records show the condo was sold for $7,200,000 making it the most expensive on-record condo sale in San Francisco.

2000 Washington St. Unit #5:

Atop the crest of Pacific Heights, this three-bedroom unit pans the entire floor of the building designed by C.A. Muessdorffer and overlooks the city. Interior features include fat, white furniture accenting generic royal palace features. The condo sold for $5,850,000, one million less than it was listed for in 2010.

338 Spear Street:

Two units sold at this location this year, Unite 41B and 40B. The first sold for $4,760,000 while the second went for $4,550,000.

765 Market St., Unit 32F:

Another unit sold in this building and ranks in at the fifth most expensive condo sold this year in San Francisco. The condo features two bedrooms, a library, wood floors and a gourmet kitchen. The property was listed for $4,700,0000 in January, but sold more recently for $4,350,000.
