The Roof on Wilshire Gets a New Menu Courtesy of Eric Greenspan
by Alison Agudo

Eco-friendly boutique hotel, The Hotel Wilshire, is set to open in September and anticipation is rising as the date nears. Along with other top-of-the-line amenities, the hotel will have a signature-dining destination called The Roof on Wilshire slated to serve “Bold American fare.”

Designed by Killefer Fammang Architects and KNA Design, The Hotel Wilshire’s roof-top restaurant’s menu is being created by Eric Greenspan, celebrity chef and owner of The Foundry. In addition to munching on “loud twists on classic comfort foods,” patrons will be able to enjoy a specialized and sophisticated bar area that will serve traditional and innovative signature cocktails.

For those looking to make an afternoon or evening out of their trip to The Wilshire Hotel, there will also a roof-top pool for guests to enjoy.
