Ryan Kavanaugh Lists Malibu Home For $10.5 Million
by Alison Agudo

Hollywood producer Ryan Kavanaugh has listed his beachfront Malibu estate for $10.5 million. Highlights of the mansion include floor-to-ceiling windows and a gourmet kitchen.
Kavanaugh is the founder of production company Relativity Media and is credited with producing movies like 21 (with Kevin Spacey), 3:10 to Yuma (with Christian Bale), American Gangster (with Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe), Baby Mama (with Tina Fey) and many more.
It is unclear why he is ready to leave Malibu, but some are speculating that it may be so he can be closer to Hollywood where he spends much of his time producing A-list movies.
Listed at $10.5 million, the home is located on the edge of La Costa Beach and features two bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a gourmet kitchen and double decks overlooking the ocean. The official listing describes the home as having a “warm but sleek white interior”.
Kavanaugh recently married dancer Britta Lazenga at a private ceremony on the island of Capri.
