“Viva Elvis” may be going on hiatus for six weeks starting in January for some revamping (read: a little less Elvis Presley, a little more Cirque du Soleil), but that doesn’t mean you can’t get in on the new dinner and a show deals from Aria. From 5 to 7 p.m. nightly, nosh on cuisines from Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, the Maccioni family, Julian Serrano, Shawn McClain and Masayoshi Takayama during the new Early Evening Menus and Show Packages.

At Masayoshi Takayama’s Bar Masa, dine on a bento box made up of his signature items such as  Kobe beef skewers, chicken karaage, sashimi and more for $49 and add a wine and sake pairing for $24 more.

American Fish by Michael Mina features comfort food at its finest. Executive chef Sven Mede created a three-course meal of shrimp and grits with jalapeño and ham along with cornmeal-crusted rainbow trout with morel mushrooms, white asparagus and artichokes for $49. Add a wine pairing for $24.

Shawn McClain’s Sage is offering a three-course menu that includes duck-fat roasted heirloom beets and Shelton’s Farm organic chicken with artichokes, chicken truffle ravioli and cippolini onion for $49 and a wine and beer pairing for an additional $24.

At Sirio Ristorante, executive chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia serves up two early evening menus in the Caffe and main dining room. Each menu features three courses of Italian classics, such as spaghetti with veal and ricotta cheese meatballs and lobster-filled ravioli with fresh artichoke and tomato ragù. The Caffe price is only $39 with a wine pairing for $19. Dine in the main dining room for $49 with a wine pairing for an additional $24.

Jean Georges Steakhouse from Jean-Georges Vongerichten created a three-course menu that from executive chef Robert Moore that creamy Burrata mozzarella with tomatoes, juicy filet mignon and more for $49 with a wine pairing for $24.

Tapas don’t get left out. Julian Serrano’s eponymous restaurant offers up three courses spotlighting his native fare. Start with traditional Spanish chicken croquetas and then indulge in a half chicken with sautéed cube potatoes and Spanish chorizo for $39 and add $19 for the wine pairing.

Lemongrass, the Strip’s first Thai restaurant has prepared a three-course menu featuring vegetarian spring rolls; pad pak with shiitake mushrooms, baby corn, asparagus and oyster sauce; and bua loi, the traditional sticky rice flour dumpling with warm coconut milk for dessert for $39 with a $19 wine pairing.

Nosh on authentic Chinese cuisine at Blossom, offering a four-course menu. Start with hot and sour soup,  crisp-fried beef roll with enoki mushroom and mandarin brown sauce and finish with chicken breast with macadamia nuts, stir-fried bok choy and rice for $49 with a $24 wine pairing.

At Union Restaurant & Lounge, executive chef Brian Massie has created a three-course menu with signature dishes such as king crab and jalapeño tacos, as well as Chilean sea bass with creamy risotto and rock shrimp served in a lobster broth for $49 with a $20 wine pairing.

Afterward, head over to “Viva Elvis” for a night of dance, acrobatics and music from the King. Packages includes a ticket to “Viva Elvis” and an Early Evening Menu at one of Aria’s restaurants.
