Miami Spice and Sunday Brunch at Mister Collins, One Bal Harbour

Mister Collins at One Bal Harbour is giving Miami two new reasons to visit this summer.

The American eatery is currently offering an indulgent Miami Spice menu. The posh waterfront restaurant is offering lunch and dinner specials every day of the week. Appetizer options include Heirloom Tomato Soup and Ahi Tuna Tartar while main course selections range from Crab Cake Salad to 72-hour Short Rib. Both menus feature decadent desserts like Chocolate Smores Cake at lunchtime and Guava Crème Brulee as an after-dinner treat.

In addition, Mister Collins is excited to serve an innovative, indulgent brunch on Sundays from 11am-4 pm. Pair light brunch cocktails with delish dishes like Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes, Duck Confit Hash, and Florida Pink Shrimp & Grits.
