Guerrilla Culinary Brigade, a hospitality company known for bringing exclusive “Pop Up” restaurants to Manhattan, resulting in one-of-a-kind, memorable culinary and social moments has more surprises in store for New Yorkers in the know. Founded by Alan Philips and Jason Apfelbaum, some of their projects include The Feast, The Hunger, and The Thirst. In addition, they recently launched their first permanent restaurant project CO-OP Food & Drink at the Hotel on Rivington, but couldn’t resist returning to their Pop Up Restaurant roots for the next chapter.

Introducing, L.E.S CIRQUE. Sound familiar? Perhaps you recently read about Le Cirque on Haute Living’s Five Best Power Lunches in NY list. Opening on August 23rd with a little help from Le Cirque’s 2-star Michelin Chef Craig Hopson and Grey Goose master mixologist Nick Mautone, New York is about to experience fine food with an edge. As the latest version of The Feast (Guerrilla Culinary Brigade’s pop up restaurant series), L.E.S Cirque will be a  downtown interpretation of New York’s most famous restaurant that will take place in the 10,000 square foot indoor/outdoor penthouse of the Hotel on Rivington.  Each night, Chef Hopson and Nick Mautone will work with a different seasonal ingredient including lobster, watermelon, sweet corn, and heirloom tomatoes to create a four-course family style meal. Every dish will incorporate the “theme” ingredient of that evening and will be paired alongside a custom Grey Goose cocktail that will also feature the same ingredient. The day’s menu will only be released to attendees each morning.

From August 23–August 26, The Feast: L.E.S Cirque, will feature a four-course dinner accompanied by custom cocktail flavor pairings by at 8:30 PM.

Reservations can be made by emailing derek@guerrillaculinary.com or visiting The Pop Up Restaurant
