Situated to the east of the French Riviera, picturesque Monaco is renowned for its opulence and affinity for the finest things the world has to offer. Impeccably dressed men and women roam the streets, Porsches cruise the roadways and luxurious yachts bob up and down in the harbor. Such glitz and glamour is presented upon a most grandeur stage at the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, held each year alongside the world-renowned Monaco Grand Prix.
“It’s such an iconic event and we love coming here,” said Matt Halliday, lifelong racecar driver and a competitor in May’s Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. “There’s always a pressure to do a good job at this race because it’s the Super Bowl for motor sports in Europe for the year, so we work really hard to prepare everything perfectly.”

Halliday, a California-based New Zealander, drives for the MRS Team in a Porsche 911 GT3, backed by luxury brands such as BertaudBelieu, Haute Living Magazine and returning supporter Giltrap Group.
It’s only natural that the elite BertaudBelieu would play a role in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. Most popular for their rosé, the Saint Tropez-based winemakers, which also produces both red and white wines, is located a few hours from Monaco in a village on France’s Côte d’Azur.
“Saint Tropez is very well known for beaches, restaurants, fun and nightclubs – but it’s also an area where we produce wines,” said Jean-Christophe Sibelya of BertaudBelieu.
The wine label made its first major splash in the media in April with the debut of the world’s largest bottle of rosé. The bottle was an impressive 6 liters – and available only at the Plaza Hotel in New York. A name now synonymous with lavishness around the world, BertaudBelieu has rapidly made its mark on the world of wine.
And what better way to cap off the adrenaline fueled thrill of competition in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup than with a glass of BertaudBelieu rosé? We couldn’t think of anything hauter.
