Saturday evening, the elite took a break from their usual routines and enjoyed cocktails and great music with friends at Tryst Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas.

Fresh off his first NBA Championship in June, Dallas Mavericks point guard Jason Kidd whisked his fiancé Porschla Coleman off to Vegas for a surprise birthday party. The couple sat with a small group of friends and family at a private table while sipping on a variety of different libations including Dom Pérignon champagne, Don Julio Blanco tequila and Grey Goose vodka. After a tumultuous divorce, Kidd will take his second shot at love when he and Porschla tie the knot next month.

In a separate group, Jon Gries, known for his roles in “Napoleon Dynamite” and “Taken,” was joined by an entourage of independent film actors at the sophisticated nightclub. The group sat next to the sunken dance floor at a private table with exclusive Grey Goose bottle service while enjoying the mixed tracks by DJ Derrick Anthony.
