Haute 100 Update: Thomas Keller Opens Bouchon Bakery in Beverly Hills

Los Angeles fans of Bouchon and Chef Thomas Keller’s savory bites have something to celebrate in just a few days. Bouchon Bakery has finally gotten a set opening date of Tuesday, August 16 in Beverly Hills.

The wild success of Keller’s pop-up Bouchon Bakery (he sure loves those pop-ups) led to demand – and behold! A now-permanent installment of the Yountville and New York City branches will complete a sumptuous trifecta with a location next to Bar Bouchon, on the ground floor of Bouchon Bistro.

Pop in starting Tuesday and indulge yourselves on the bakery’s celebrated breads, muffins, tarts, cookies, soups, salads, quiche, pet treats, sandwiches, their rich signature Chocolate Bouchons (“corks”) and Bouchon’s mouthwatering packaged specialties to give as gifts… or take home for yourself. (We won’t tell.)

Bouchon Bakery will be located on the ground floor of Bouchon Bistro, located at 235 Canon Drive in Beverly Hills.
