Haute 100 Update: Deco Drive’s Louis Aguirre to Host Fundraiser for Miami Children’s Hospital with Miami Attorney Michael Grieco

Louis Aguirre, a well-recognized face from South Florida’s popular Deco Drive program on WSVN, will be hosting the Drink, Dance, Donate fundraiser to benefit Miami Children’s Hospital on Friday, September 9, 2011 alongside Miami Beach attorney Michael Grieco at The Well on Miami Beach.
Grieco is the leadership committee member of Miami Children’s Young Ambassador (MCYA) program and, with Aguirre’s star power lending a hand, hopes to raise some well needed funds for the hospital and its young patients with special medical needs, as well as furthering the efforts of MCYA.
The MCYA program is a membership organization for young professionals who harbor a commitment to improving the lives of children in the South Florida community and beyond, working in partnership with both Miami Children’s key personnel and patients.
“As a father, I feel blessed to have one of America’s best children’s hospitals in my city that gives kids the best chance at life,” says Grieco. “As a member of MCYA, my goal is to help spread awareness for Miami Children’s Hospital so that children and parents all over South Florida can continue to receive the excellent care that MCH provides.”
The fundraising event is open to the public and is free with donations being accepted at the door, which are strongly encouraged. The event takes place on Friday, September 9 at 7 p.m. at The Well, located at 444 West 41 Street in Miami Beach.
