Haute Event: Famed Swiftwater Cellars Hosts Wine In The Pines

Swiftwater Cellars (owned by Don and Lori Watts) near the exclusive Suncadia Resort, nestled high in Washington’s famed Cascade Mountain Range, hosted Wine in the Pines fine food and wine festival August 26-28th

Swifwater Cellars entrance, known for its massive scale and iconic Northwest styling.

The weekend styled in true Northwest fashion, featured a preview reception, a 5 course winemaker dinner (assembled by The Hoist House’s Chef Paul Cotta), with pairings hand selected by 10 famed Northwest winemakers (participating wineries).
