db Bistro Moderne’s Miami Spice Details, Happy Hour and More

Daniel Boulud’s Miami post in the JW Marriott Marquis is hosting summertime specials and events you don’t want to miss.

The raved-about restaurant is participating in Miami Spice, taking place from August 1-September 30. Enjoy the lunchtime deal ($22/person) from 12-2:30 pm and the dinner special ($35/person) Monday through Thursday, 6-11 pm, and Friday, 6 pm-12 am. The menu features some of Executive Chef Jarrod Verbiak’s specialities, like Roasted Snapper, Spinach Farfalle and Spice Crusted Tuna.

Also enjoy evening cocktails at db Bistro Moderne’s elegant summer happy hour Monday through Saturday 5-8 pm. Specials include half-off specialty cocktails and half-off beer and wine. Bar bites like Beignets de Brandade are $7, and raw bar items like oysters and clams are half price Thursdays will feature a different liquor sponsor, and Thursday though Saturday DJ Pierre Zonzon will provide the soundtrack to the chicest happy hour around.

And lastly, summer at db means no corkage fee on Mondays. Diners are welcome to bring and enjoy their own bottle of wine for no additional fee.
