Le Bernardin transports clients from the hustle and bustle of Midtown to an elegant and calming space that perfectly complements chef Eric Ripert’s delicate and exquisitely prepared French-inspired seafood.

What to order

The Pounded Tuna with layers of Yellowfin, foie gras, baguette, shaved chives and extra virgin olive oil or codfish with leek and grape parfait, caramelized endives and green peppercorn mariniere.

The clientele ranges from businessmen to couples to out-of-town visitors who come from miles away to dine at the famed Le Bernardin.

We can’t resist the Egg – milk chocolate crème bruleé with caramel foam, maple syrup and Maldon sea salt.

Set in the beautiful Rockefeller Townhouse, the restaurant feels as though it’s nestled in the South of France. Paintings of classic female icons complete the look.

What to order

The Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, Petite Farcis Nicois, artichoke salad and the Provençal fish soup are among the most popular dishes.
