We all know that plastic surgery is common in Hollywood and we can typically identify who has had some work done. However, having a “before and after” look at the celebs is a great way to see just how much work was done, and see if the plastic surgery actually helped or hurt the star’s look.
Of course, some of the more obvious cases include Heidi Montag, Sylvester Stallone and Janet Jackson, but here are some other celebs who have transformed over the years.

Comedian Kathy Griffin, actress Nicole Kidman, singer and reality-star Jessica Simpson, Kardashian step-father and former Olympian Bruce Jenner, music icon Madonna, America’s sweetheart Meg Ryan, former 90210 star Tori Spelling, fashion designer Victoria Beckham and reality-star Kim Kardashian.
