Bouchon Bistro To Open In LA

From delectable Chocolate Eclairs to tangy Tarte Au Citrons, the Bouchon Bistro has been a hub for so-bad-yet-so-good treats around Yountville, Las Vegas, and New York City. Since the November 2009 opening of the Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills, many LA eaters have been hammering restaurant owner Thomas Keller for their own bakery.
With the success of the bakery “pop-up” in December, Keller announced an official Bouchon Bistro to be established on the ground floor of Bouchon. Though months have floated by, in short of a few days LA locals should be glad see their demand fulfilled. That’s right. The official unveiling of the bakery should satisfy appetites for both sweet and savory items on August 18.

Los Angeles fans of Bouchon and Chef Thomas Keller’s savory bites have something to celebrate in just a few days. Bouchon Bakery has finally gotten a set opening date of Tuesday, August 16 in Beverly Hills.
A kitchen fire broke out in Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, and the world-renowned chef has said the bakery will be closed while they make all necessary repairs.
After suffering a major fire last week, Bouchon Bakery will reopen its doors Thursday morning. The retail side will be open daily from 7am-12pm offering an abbreviated menu.
