8 Studio Lane – formerly a boarding house at Shinnecock Hills Summer School of Art established by William Merritt Chase of Parsons fame – is up for grabs.

Accessories and handbag giants Andy and Kate Spade own the three-acre estate in Southampton and are looking to sell it for $5.45 million.

The duo’s summer residence features multiple buildings including a circa 1920 freestanding ballroom, library, studio, and 6,700 square feet of living space comprising eight bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Lush landscaping, sloping lawns and English gardens highlight the Stepping Stones property making it the perfect getaway.

Also for your perusal, here’s Andy with a video tour of the house.
