Top of the Mark Announces August Menu for Sunset Dinner Series

Top of the Mark, the renowned restaurant that sits atop of Nob Hill in San Francisco, will be hosting a Sunset Dinner series throughout August, inviting guests to indulge in a unique prix-fixe menu while enjoying breathtaking views.
On the 19th floor of the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco, Top of the Mark offers wraparound vista views of San Francisco including the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Headlands, Alcatraz Island and Fisherman’s Wharf.
The series will take place on 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings through September 3, 2011 and will include a three-course prix fixe menu, available with wine pairings.
The menu, created by Chef Christophe Depuichaffray, includes items such as Herb crusted Laura Chenel Goat cheese, Morel Mushroom scented Salsify Veloute, Marinated Chateaubriand, Pan seared Hawaiian Opah, and Valhrona chocolate cake.
Dinner is $79.00 per person, or $99.00 per person with wine sampling.
