The Metropolitan London’s Famous Met Bar is for Sale at Only $8,195

The Metropolitan London Hotel is selling their famous Met Bar known for its haute guest list of celebrities and socialites. Remaining pieces like DJ booths, bar stools, chairs, glassware, and tables, are being sold in an effort to clear out the space so renovations can get underway. Remarkably, they are selling the entire bar as one set at a mere 5,000 GBP, 8,195 USD as an initial bidding price on ebay. Luckily, all proceeds of content sales will go to the Teens Unite-Fighting Cancer charity. The sale, which is currently taking place, will close on July 31, 2011.
