New York City is quickly becoming the center of the luxury real estate market and Michael Bloomberg’s ex-wife is taking advantage of this fact. Susan Bloomberg, who spends most of her time at her 26-acre horse farm in North Salem, has put her One Kenmare Square “double penthouse” on the market for $13 million. Just a year and a half ago the exact same apartment was listed at $11.5 million before being pulled.

The vast 4,472-square-foot apartment which takes over the entire top floor of the magnificent Andre Balazs and Cape Advisors-developed building was previously two units. The residence comprises of two of almost everything including kitchens, terraces, fireplaces and powder rooms to go along with its five bedrooms and spacious private rooftop. Additionally the apartment boasts every comfort and amenity a luxury condominium should come equipped with such as top-of-the-line appliances, lofty ceilings, electronic window shades, a fitness center and a 24-hour concierge.
