Six Course Dinner and Cooking Demonstration with ‘Eataly’ Chefs

Finally, an event gourmet foodies have been waiting for. New York’s famed Eataly brings together its top chefs for a an unforgettable night of six spectacular courses cooked with seasonal ingredients and paired with fine wines. A special cooking demonstration and an expert olive-oil tasting will have you shouting, “Mangia!”
The Dinner will take place in La Scuola, Eataly’s cooking school (and best-kept secret), where Lidia Bastianich is shows you the steps to the perfect Italian meal. Each of the top-notch trio will share their coveted expertise. Michael Toscano, executive chef of Manzo, teach you how to prepare the perfect seared foie gras with crispy pig’s tail, strawberries and aceto balsamico; and tortellini with corn and black truffles. Chief olive oil specialist Nick Coleman will guide you through an in-depth olive oil tasting, and wine director Dan Amatuzzi will make the evening special with pairings like Barolo and Franciacorta – all while you dine on their favorite Eataly cuisines.
