Senior Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman, Paolo Zampolli Lists New SoHo Property With Former Real Estate Rival

Last year, controversy ensued between luxury residential and commercial sales broker, Paolo Zampolli and the real estate firm of Massey Knakal when the sale of a Bond Street property resulted in a law suit. Zampolli accused Massey Knakal, of cutting him out of the commission.
Finally, the battle has been settled and Zampolli, the Senior Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman, is listing the former Rosa Cha store at 460 West Broadway. The property belongs to fashion mogul Cristina Calori.
Zampolli commented to Haute Living, “Cristina is an old client and friend. We did many deals together and unfortunately we had some issues due to the Massey knakal’s greediness which resulted in Knakal attempting to take $500,000 of my earned commission. I am exited to work with Cristina calori again as 460 West Broadway is a wonderful property and being listed at $27,500 a month- one of the best deals in SoHo for a retail space.”
