Seinfeld Sells Magnificent Colorado Mansion

Anyone visiting this open house would certainly have a majestic manor to feast their eyes upon. Actor and comedian Jerry Seinfeld is leaving his home in Telluride, Colorado putting his grandiose 14,200-square foot mansion on the market for $18.25 million.

The residence is complete with 11 bedrooms, 11 full and 3 half bathrooms, a 5,500-square foot deck, a guest house and a heated four-car garage. More spectacular than the interior are the incredible views its new owner will have of the vast Colorado landscape. The home sits on a spread of 26-acres with incredible views of the nearby mountains. The property also has access to winding trails lined with idyllic spruce and aspen trees. The Lavish space has the option of being sold fully furnished.
