Do you spend your days dreaming of the hillsides of Tuscany and the romantic language that sounds like music? Make your Italian dreams a reality by spending a leisurely afternoon with Chef Geno Bernardo of Nove Italiano a la Pranzo di Ferragosto.
On Saturday, August 13, guests will have the amazing opportunity to learn the finest of Italian cuisine from one of Las Vegas’ top chefs. Guests will begin with a cooking demonstration in the state of the art kitchen and then proceed to the restaurant’s dining room for a 5-course lunch created by Chef Geno himself. Additionally, each dish will be perfectly paired with an exceptional wine.
An Afternoon with Chef Geno Menu:
Course One: Diver scallop, asparagus, endive, vin cotto
Course Two: Prosciutto di Parma, grilled white peaches, arugula, eight-year balsamico
Course Three: Branzino (European sea bass) salsa Verde
Course Four: Gnocchi paired with a locally grown summer vegetable
Course Five: Crespelle (crepes) served with berries and cognac.
