Businessman Ron Tutor’s position as construction executive at Tutor Perini Corp has earned him a more than modest place to reside when he’s not crunching numbers.
His completed mega mansion, sprawling across a mass of green, boasts a whopping 27,000 square feet, with 9 bedrooms, and an expansive 18 bathrooms. The large detached guest house is plotted adjacent to the curvy swimming pool, that is also accompanied by a pool house.

Beyond the pool lies a tennis court, guarded by more luscious greenery.

The building contractor purchased the Beverly Park home in 2008 for a grand $32,000,000.
