La Fonda Del Sol Offers Spanish Wine Classes With Tapas Pairings

Known for their modern Spanish cuisine, La Fonda del Sol is now offering a wine class program focusing on Spanish wine regions with tapas pairings.

Every second Monday of the month between 6:30 and 8:30 pm in their private dining room , six wines will be tasted and discussed, accompanied by an assortment of tapas prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Josh DeChellis.

Now featuring the perfect summer wines for July, classes resume in the fall and will include Ribera del Duero, Sherry and Bierzo.
