“History Supreme” The Most Expensive Yacht in the World, Over $3 Billion
by Ashley Butler

Stuart Hughes is widely known for creating such luxurious products as a solid gold iPhone and iPad. His newest project is the most unique and expensive yacht in the world, named “History Supreme.” A Malaysian businessman who wished to remain anonymous commissioned the work on the 100-foot yacht, which took three years to complete. The custom yacht features over 100,000 kilograms of solid gold and platinum.
Not only is the entire base of the vessel covered in a thin layer of gold, but parts of the deck and dining area, rails and anchor are also made of precious metals. The main sleeping quarters are filled with platinum accents from wall features made of meteoric stone and genuine Dinosaur bone shaved in from the raptor T-rex.
Tally up these luxurious sparkling touches and you come up with a $3 billion price tag. The “History Supreme” makes history as the most expensive yacht in the world.
