High-End Condominiums In South Florida Priced At $2,000 psf

Looking into buying a new lavish home these days? Well you’re just in luck for a serious buy. With more than 15 extravagant condo developments in lovely South Florida, prices are scorching a hot $2,000 per square foot. There are a total of three-dozen units that are presently on resale throughout South Florida, most of which are vacant and in the price range of $2,000 per square foot.
About four sellers have units that are $3,000 per square foot that are located on the same block. Founder of Condo Vultures, Peter Zalewki reports that condo transactions priced this high have been on the rise since early 2009, and with almost 5 units sold at the higher than normal $2,000-per-square-foot, home shoppers should make sure to gets first dibs on an exclusive summer home in South Florida.
