Hautos: The Special Edition MINI Designed by Rolls-Royce

MINI announced the pricing for their anticipated model collaboration with luxury automotive icon Rolls-Royce during the UK’s Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 30. The “MINI Inspired by Goodwood”, which was on display throughout the festival, will start at £41,000 ($65,850) with deliveries slated to begin next March. According to Luxuo, the new special-edition run of just 1,000 models will be nearly four times as expensive as the standard MINI First hatch model.

With the higher price, however, come exclusive features that make it worthwhile, as it has been designed in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, fusing the renowned Rolls-Royce luxury with the celebrated MINI driving experience. The special edition houses features made with the exclusive Rolls-Royce signature cornsilk beige color – including the dashboard, center console, air vents, lambswool carpets, heated leather seats, cashmere roof lining, and interior cladding. Other interior surfaces are finished with rich Walnut Burr, another signature Rolls-Royce trim, with the exterior in sleek Rolls-Royce Diamond Black metallic paint.
