Local entrepreneur extraordinaire and wife to NBA All-Star local Alonzo Mourning, Tracy Wilson Mourning is the founder of the Honey Shine Mentoring Program as well as the CEO and creative director of Honey Child, a luxurious line of body care products with soul. According to Mourning, Honey Child is the woman that exists in all of us. She recently hosted an uber-exclusive, invite-only beauty lounge at the chic Sagamore, The Art Hotel along with Social Esquire, Illusions Cosmetics, Chez Badeaux Salon, and VIVMag and her beauty line, Honey Child. This year’s event took place during the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) in Miami, from July 6-9, where more than 300 women including Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, Sheree Whitfield, and Melyssa Ford were pampered with services such as express manicures, mini massages, makeovers, and hair primping. The beauty lounge also showcased an array of Honey Child products.

Guests enjoyed tantalizing vibes by DJ Top, delectable appetizers by the Sagamore, desserts by Party 2 Productions, and free flowing cocktails. Everyone left in tow with haute swag bags, which included samples of Honey Child by Tracy Wilson Mourning, products by celebrity stylist Tippi Shorter’s new hair care line, Hair by Tippi Shorter, shirts from VIVMag, and samples of Illusions Cosmetics.
