Chef Isao Yamada’s summer-in-Japan menu offers unforgettable flavors in delicacies like Texan Wagyu beef two ways, and chilled asparagus soup with mountain yam mousse and sea urchin.
What’s a real meal without the perfect balance of drinks? Expert sake sommelier Seju Yang will guide you through each of his pristinely paired sake selections.

This past week/weekend has been chock full of fabulous events where celebs, socialites, and everyone in between, could make a major fashion statement.
The Tribeca Grand announced that they will begin offering Happy Hour at the Church Bar. It will be held on weekdays from 4-7pm
Zutto, Tribeca’s first sushi restaurant, has been a Hudson St. staple for thirty years. While the name and location remain the same, the new chef, Joshua Smookler, has reinvented the classic sushi spot and turned it into a Japanese American izakaya-inspired pub.
