Russian Luxury Supermarkets Globus Gourmet Will Open in Europe

Russian luxury supermarket chain  Globus Gourmet is going to open seven stores in some European capitals. The first luxury supermarket will appear in London in the end of 2011. The investment for London’s project will amount to $6,5 million.

According to Andrei Yakovlev, general director of Globus Gourmet, the company was thinking about regional development of opening 15 stores in Russian cities, but they realized, that it takes 4 hours to get to Russian Northern ciry Novosibirsk for enstance , the same time as for flight to London.
